Faculty Management
Faculty management serves as a coordination and strategic layer between the Faculty Executive Board and the operational departments. It brings together expertise in the areas of financial and resource planning, quality management, project coordination, and strategic development—thereby supporting the dean and the Executive Board in achieving their goals.
The faculty managers’ key areas of focus include, among other things, the consolidation of faculty finances, the implementation of a digital and innovative university administration, the expansion of collaborative projects with partners at Magdeburg University Medical Center, and the structural advancement of research, teaching, and the recruitment of early-career researchers.
